Abstract:
The forming member of a reflection preventing structure comprising a transfer
material and a transferred material, wherein the transfer material can be peeled
off the transferred material, the transfer material comprises a structure having
structure units arranged in an array at a pitches smaller than the shortest wavelength
of light being prevent from reflection, having the inverted shape of a reflection
preventing structure with an aspect ratio of at least 1 and being formed on the
main surface of a base unit having flexibility, the transferred material is a
structure being formed of resin and having the same shape as that of the reflection
preventing structure, and the transfer material and the transferred material
are arranged so that the structure having the same shape as that of the reflection
preventing structure is filled in the structure having the inverted shape of
a reflection preventing structure, whereby the reflection preventing structure
can easily be formed at a specified position inside an optical apparatus after
assembled without affecting the optical characteristics of the optical apparatus
itself.
