Abstract:
A forming device of a double-S-shaped metal cellular carrier and forming method thereof. The forming device comprises two symmetrically disposed spikes (7) movably disposed on an inner disk (4). An inner end of the spike extends to a central axis along a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the central axis (13). When the inner disk rotates, the inner end of the spike is driven to push and press a surface of a metal lamination placed in a space within a position limiting body, such that the metal lamination is gradually wound and deformed and then formed into a cellular carrier. An outer periphery of the inner disk is sleeved with an outer disk (1). An outer end of the spike and the outer disk are movably connected. The outer disk and a power mechanism are in transmission connection. Under the action of the power mechanism, the outer disk and the inner disk rotate in a same direction with respect to the central axis so as to be configured to support the spike in the process of winding of the metal lamination and enable the spike to be in a radial direction of the inner disk, and enable the distance between the inner end of the spike and the central axis to be suitable for the size of a deformed metal lamination. The device and method can be utilized to conveniently form the metal lamination. The present invention has a simple structure and a high working efficiency.
