Abstract:
Provided are a forming method for a pressed component, a manufacturing method for the pressed component, and a forming tool for the pressed component, whereby an equipment configuration used for forming a metallic pressed component, wherein a rising cylindrical boss section is formed on a plate-like base section, can be made small and simple, and a boss section with a wide shape can be formed. A piercing die (110), a holding body (120), and a piercing punch (130) are used to form a pressed component (90). The piercing die (110) is equipped with a receiving section (111), an outer shape-forming section (112), and a die-side cutting edge (113). In addition, the piercing punch (130) is equipped with an inner shape-forming section (131), a punch-side cutting edge (132), and a linear section (133). During the formation of the pressed component (90), the piercing punch (130) is pressed against a preform (90'), wherein a preliminary boss section (92') is formed on a blank (BL), so as to cause the preliminary boss section (92') to flow to the outer shape-forming section (112), and then a portion of the preliminary boss section (92') left at the outer shape-forming section (112) is cut off in order to form a boss section (92).
