Abstract:
The present invention relates to a formula of an impregnating insulating paint of an electromagnet coil. The insulating paint consists of cellulose nitrate, an unsaturated polyester resin, amino group modified epoxy resin, formaldehyde, xylene, melamine, nano barium oxide, nano titanium dioxide, nano barium carbonate, a diluent, a film forming agent, a leveling agent, and a dispersant; the raw material formula of the insulating paint consists of the following materials in percentage by mass: 12-16% of cellulose nitrate, 15-25% of the unsaturated polyester resin, 15-20% of amino group modified epoxy resin, 0.8-1.2% of formaldehyde, 1-2% of xylene, 1-2% of melamine, 0.5-1.2% of nano barium oxide, 0.5-1.2% of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-1.2% of nano barium carbonate, 0.5-1.2% of the diluent, 0.5-1.2% of the film forming agent, 0.5-1.2% of the leveling agent, 0.5-1.2% of the disperant, and the balance being ethyl acetate. The present invention recites the formula of the impregnating insulating paint of the electromagnet coil. The impregnating insulating paint has a good paint film adhesion, and is high-temperature resistant and anti-cracking, and the permeability and impregnated adhesion performance of the impregnating insulating paint are improved, so that the paint film adhesion is better.
