Abstract:
A formulation for a new strengthened polymeric polyurethane, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of a prepolymer, 60-70 parts of a polyether polyol, 40-60 parts of a dianhydride, 50-70 parts of a diamine, 40-50 parts of an isocyanate, 30-40 parts of zirconium oxide, 10-20 parts of a stabilizer, 6-8 parts of triethylene diamine, and 4-6 parts of a far-infrared ceramic powder. A preparation process therefor involves: mixing the raw materials according to the formulation at a temperature of 70-80ºC; adding the raw materials into a high-speed stirrer; grinding the raw materials using a grinding mill after stirring same; air-drying same after grinding; adding same into a reaction tank; heating the reaction tank to 90-110ºC; performing a dehydration treatment; ensuring that a vacuum condition is maintained inside the reaction tank, with the dehydration being carried out for 1.5 h while stirring; adding the materials into a twin-roll rubber refining machine for refining; leaving same to stand at room temperature for three days; further refining same for 30 minutes; storing same for four days; pressing same into 2 mm sheets; leaving the sheets to stand at room temperature for 10 days; pouring the sheets into a mold at a temperature of 140-160ºC and a pressure of 2.4 MPa; and maintaining the temperature for 30 minutes, stopping heating, reducing the pressure gradually, and demoulding same after annealing and cooling same so as to obtain a new strengthened polymeric polyurethane having a good strength.
