Title:
FORMULATION AND USE OF PRESERVATION SOLUTION FOR CLINICAL CELL PREPARATIONS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/227843
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A preservation solution for clinical cell preparations, comprising the following concentration of ingredients: 100-500 of potassium dihydrogen phosphate; 300-900 of disodium hydrogen phosphate; 3000-9000 of sodium chloride; 3000-15000 of glucose; 1000-6000 of extracellular cryoprotectant; and 1000-6000 of intracellular cryoprotectant, the remainder being water, and the unit of concentration of the ingredients being mg/L. A preservation solution for clinical cell preparations, containing dual protective components, protecting the cells from both inside and outside against the damage of ice crystals during cryopreservation, greatly increasing the survival rate of the cells, and adapting to a wide variety of cell line preservations; in addition, the preservation solution for clinical cell preparations is a completely serum-free, protein-free, and DMSO-free cryopreservation solution, avoiding the heterogeneous exogenous ingredients introduced in clinical applications, and being safer.
