Abstract:
The invention discloses a forward flipping mechanism for a foldable bed, comprising bed board mounting frames (1), a vertical frame (2) and rotating modules (3). The vertical frame (2) is a frame structure provided with a left side face and a right side face. The bed board mounting frames (1) and the rotating modules (3) are both provided in two sets respectively mounted on the inner sides of the left and right side faces of the vertical frame (2), and the bed board mounting frames (1) are mounted on the rotating modules (3). Symmetric inner concave grooves are formed on the inner sides of the left and right side faces of the vertical frame (2), for mounting the rotating modules (3). Each of the rotating modules (3) comprises a metal groove (31), a supporting module (32), a sliding module (33), an air support (34) and a limiting block (35). Through the design of the supporting module (32), the sliding module (33) and the air support (34), the gravity of a bed board can be completely offset under the action of the forward flipping mechanism, so that no matter which folding or unfolding position the foldable bed is situated in, the foldable bed can be erected stably in this position. Not only is use convenient and fast, and the bed board can be folded or unfolded with very little force, also due to the design of the force balance in any position, safety during use is ensured.
