Abstract:
An optical element (105) is arranged so that the optical axis thereof is orthogonal to a mounting surface of a sub circuit board (103). The sub circuit board (103) is provided to be substantially perpendicular to a mounting surface of a main circuit board (102) that is disposed parallel to the optical axis of the optical element (105). A plurality of lead pins (104) protrude parallel to the sub circuit board (103) by substantially the same protrusion length. End portions (104a) are secured by being connected to the mounting surface of the main circuit board (102).
