The invention refers to the modular elements for the building's completely insulated foundations, at a foundation completely insulated and at a completely isolated foundation's making procedure .
The systems with insulated concrete forms (ICF - insulated concrete forms) are well known for the ensemble of insulated concrete walls with high performances and ecological materials which have improved considerable the energetic efficiency, durability, air quality and inhabited structure's comfort.
An example of such system is presented in the patent act US4223501, in which a form of insulated concrete wall is claimed, which contains a lot of blocks arranged in connected ranges. Each block includes a pair of insulated panels disposed parallel. The disadvantage of this procedure is the long time necessary for assembling the elements for this type of construction. The US5803669 patent act describes a system of thermal insulated forms for the compo pouring in order to obtain a foundation wall.- The disadvantage of this system is that the foundation is not insulated at the inferior part, fact which determines heat losses.
The US4123881 patent act describes T-shape insulated blocks for construction which are settled on the foundation and then the compo is poured in them. This system of insulated blocks cannot be used at the construction of insulated foundations.
The US5174083 describes a system of concrete forms for compo pouring in order to obtain foundations with perimeter insulation. The disadvantage of this procedure is that it doesn't assure the total insulation of the foundation.
The problem that the invention solves is the assurance of a modular elements system which allows, when it is assembled, simultaneously, the concrete pouring and the total insulation of the foundation. The invention's purpose is to obtain a unitary, complete thermal insulated foundation by means of pouring a material which hardens in a cavity resulted from the assembled of modular elements.
According to the invention, the modular elements for the foundation removes the disadvantages prior mentioned by means of the fact that they have inside a parallelepiped cavity determined by a rectangular base, and a lid with at least one aperture.
The complete insulated foundation according to the invention removes the disadvantages prior mentioned by means of the fact that it is built by modular elements assembled for the foundation and casting a material that hardens in the space determined by the modular elements assembled for the foundation.
The making procedure for the completely insulated foundation removes the disadvantages prior mentioned by means of the fact is constituted by the assembling of the modular elements for the foundation and casting a hardenable material in space determined by the assembling of the modular elements for the foundation.
According to the invention, the modular elements for the foundation are made of synthetic foams based on polyurethanes or polyamide or polyethylene or polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride or polyvinylidene chloride or amino resins or silicons or expanded polystyrene or sodium silicate.
The material which hardens by casting in the space determined by the assembled of the foundation's modular elements is the concrete or reinforced concrete or polyester resins or epoxy resins or polyurethane resins.
By the application of the invention we obtain the following advantages:
- The accomplishment of a completely insulated foundation without concrete forming elements by a simple and economic procedure;
- Short accomplishment period for the foundation in comparison with the traditional method;
- The complete insulation of the foundation and the reduction of heat losses. In the following part there is given an example of achievement of the invention in relation with the figures 1,2 and 3 which represents:
Figures 1, 2, represents modular element for the foundation made from the main carcass U shape (1) and a lid (2) with two round orifices (5)
Fig. 3, Modular element for the corner of the foundation made of an inferior carcass (3) , lid (2) and a round orifice (5).
Example 1: There is achieved a modular element for foundation made of fireproof polyurethane foam (Figures 1,2,3) by injection in the mould and expansion at the mould's dimension.
The modular elements have the following dimensions:
The modular element for the foundation (fig 1, 2) has the dimensions: 120/70/70 cm with two apertures in the lid, 20 cm diameter.
Modular element for the foundation's corner (fig. 3) has the dimensions 70/70/70 with one aperture in the lid, 20 cm diameter.
There is achieved with the aim of the modular elements for foundation a square foundation with 12 m side in the following way: the foundation's modular elements are assembled (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3) and after that, in the cavity formed by the modular elements it is poured concrete B 250 type.
After the concrete's consolidation, the crush resistance of the supporting wall at pressure is higher than 100 tones/linear meter.
