Abstract:
A foundation structure of a reactor containment vessel, wherein the simplification of the structure and reduction of construction costs are enabled by providing a lower base mat (33) provided on the ground (31), an upper base mat (34) provided above the lower base mat (33), a seismic isolation device (35) interposed between the upper base mat (34) and the lower base mat (33), and a reactor containment vessel (11) provided on the upper base mat (34), and anchoring the ends of inverted U-shaped tendons (48) as a lower structure of the reactor containment vessel (11) to the lower surface of the upper base mat (34) through the upper base mat.
