Abstract:
A four-effect counter-current falling film evaporation process, comprising the following steps: S1: primary concentration: carrying out primary concentration by a Ⅳ-effect falling-film evaporator; S2: preheating of a primary concentration alkaline solution: feeding the primary concentration alkaline solution to a primary preheater for preheating; S3: secondary concentration: feeding the primary concentration alkaline solution to a Ⅲ-effect falling-film evaporator for second concentration; S4: preheating of a secondary concentration alkaline solution; S5: tertiary concentration; S6: preheating of a tertiary concentration alkaline solution; S7: quaternary concentration; and S8: cooling and tank-based storage of a finished alkaline solution: sequentially feeding the finished alkaline solution obtained from a Ⅰ-effect falling-film evaporator to a tertiary preheater, a secondary preheater, and the primary preheater for cooling to 75°C, and finally, cooling the finished alkaline solution to 45°C by means of a finished product cooler and then feeding same to a finished alkali storage tank. By fully utilizing thermal energy, the energy consumption is reduced; and by means of multiple times of evaporation, water in an alkaline solution is fully evaporated.
