Abstract:
In the Fourier transform spectrometer and spectroscopy according to the present invention, measurement data in an interferogram for prescribed light is obtained by sampling the interference light of the prescribed light generated by an interferometer at a sampling timing generated by a timing generation unit. Here, the generation interval of the sampling timing generated by the timing generation unit is detected, and feedback control is performed on the timing generation unit such that the detected generation interval becomes a fixed value. Additionally, the Fourier transform spectrometer timing generation device according to the present invention is provided with a timing generation unit that is subject to the aforementioned feedback control.
