Abstract:
A Fourier transform spectrophotometer having a control interferometer, wherein the number of optical components is reduced, whereby optical axis adjustment is facilitated and apparatus size is reduced. The optical axes of a measurement light and a laser light are caused to coincide by: a first reflecting mirror 131 having a reflecting surface 131a for reflecting a measurement light emitted from a measurement light source 110 toward a beam splitter 140, and a first through-hole 131b extending along the optical axis direction of the measurement light reflected by the reflecting surface 131a; and a laser light source retaining part for retaining a laser light source 120 so that laser light emitted from the laser light source 120 passes through the first through-hole 131b and is incident on the beam splitter 140. Because there is no need for a conventional laser reflecting mirror for causing the optical axes of the measurement light and the laser light to coincide, the number of components can be reduced, optical axis adjustment can be facilitated, and apparatus size can be reduced.
