Abstract:
A foveated near-eye display system for resolving the problem of vergence-accommodation conflict is provided. A three-dimensional display system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a three-dimensional display for generating a three-dimensional image to be provided at a divergence angle for covering a first region; and a two-dimensional display for generating a two-dimensional image to be provided at a divergence angle for covering a second region excluding the first region. Therefore, the number of pixels required for the display device can be minimized while the problem of vergence-accommodation conflict is resolved.
