Abstract:
The present application provides an FPGA-based USB3.0/3.1 control system, comprising: a USB control module comprising a USB3.0 control module and/or a USB3.1 control module; a PCS logic module connected to the USB control module by means of a PIPE interface; an FPGA Serdes serial communication module connected to the PCS logic module; and an external sub-card module connected to the FPGA Serdes serial communication module, wherein the PCS logic module, the FPGA Serdes serial communication module, and the external sub-card module are connected in sequence to realize the function of a port physical layer for testing the USB3.0 control module and the USB3.1 control module. The present invention provides an FPGA-based USB3.0/3.1 solution and removes the need for a PHY chip during test by using a method for combining a USB controller soft core and FPGA Serdes. Moreover, another advantages of taking FPGA as a product is to change the hardware function anytime, and the problems in the prior art of incomplete simulation verification, limited test mode and unchangeable hardware function and the like are effectively solved.
