Abstract:
Provided are a fracture surface analysis system and method which have excellent precision and reproducibility, and which are capable of simply estimating dynamic values. A concavo-convex waveform including a fracture-surface convexoconcavity forming a stepwise shape of the fracture surface is obtained (S1), overall gradient of the concavo-convex waveform is corrected and noise is eliminated (S2, S3), uneven positions existing on any measuring lines are identified and the number of the uneven positions is calculated (S4)on the basis of the concavo-convex waveform, whereby the average interval of uneven positions on the measuring lines is calculated (S5), and stress intensity factor, crack progression rate or dynamic values in association with stress, which is applied when forming the fracture surface is estimated, on the basis of the average interval of uneven positions (S6).
