Disclosed is a fracturing apparatus, comprising: a plunger pump (1), the plunger pump (1) being configured to pressurize a fracturing fluid to form a high-pressure fracturing fluid; a turbine engine (2), the turbine engine (2) being connected to the plunger pump (1) and being configured to provide a driving force to the plunger pump (1); an assistance unit (500), the assistance unit (500) comprising a driving motor (50), and the assistance unit (500) being configured to provide at least one of a starting assistance function, a lubricating function, a cooling function, and a gas supply function to the fracturing apparatus; and a power supply (12), the power supply (12) being electrically connected to the driving motor (50) of the assistance unit (500) and being configured to provide a driving force to the assistance unit (500). The turbine engine is used as a main power source for fracturing operation, and the power supply is configured to provide power for the assistance unit in an electric driving manner such that the overall layout of the fracturing apparatus can be more compact, and maximum-efficiency utilization can be realized. Also disclosed is a fracturing system comprising the fracturing apparatus.
