Title:
FRAME BODY FOR HOLDING PERIPHERAL EDGES OF SOLAR CELL PANEL, SOLAR CELL MODULE FOR WALL SURFACE INSTALLATION, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING SOLAR CELL MODULE FOR WALL SURFACE INSTALLATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/053723
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This frame body for holding peripheral edges of a solar cell panel provided to a solar cell module for wall surface installation comprises: a pair of first supports extending in a first direction and opposing each other; and a pair of second supports extending in a second direction which intersects the first direction and opposing each other. The first and second supports respectively have first and second lateral surfaces that are respectively lengthy in the first direction and the second direction and that extend in a third direction which intersects both the first and second directions. The solar cell panel is supported on one end side of the first lateral surface and on one end side of the second lateral surface. Each of the first supports has a flange that projects away from the solar cell panel on the other end side of the first lateral surface. The length of the first lateral surfaces in the third direction is longer than that of the second lateral surfaces. Accordingly, when installing the solar cell module for wall surface installation on the wall surface of a building, the module can be installed with greatly less number of components and at a low cost and without requiring attachment of a frame to the wall surface.
