Abstract:
This frame identifier encoding device is provided with a move-to-front encoder which encodes, with the move-to-front algorithm, a frame identifier acquired from a communication network, and an entropy encoder which encodes with entropy codes the move-to-front encoded data that has been encoded by the move-to-front encoder. This frame identifier decoding device is provided with an entropy code decoder which decodes entropy-encoded data from the frame identifier encoding device, and a move-to-front code decoder which decodes move-to-front encoded data obtained by decoding by the entropy code decoder, and acquires the frame identifier.
