Description:
Description FRAME FOR INLINE SKATE Technical Field [1] The present invention relates to a frame for an inline skate, and in particular to a frame for an inline skate having support bars capable of preventing a frame from being twisted or broken down due to an impact and weight from multi directions wherein a frame is adapted to fix and connect inline wheels contacting with the ground and boots.

Background Art [2] Generally, an inline skate includes a plurality cf wheels installed in a frame in series. It is difficult to learn balancing, once it is learned, it is possible to enjoy a high speed and various skills, so that the use of inline skate is increased.

[3] The inline skate is classified into the models of running, advanced skill, hokey play, and common training purposes. Anyone who feels small exercise can enjoy ir- respective cf age, sex, etc.

[4] The frame cf the inline skate is designed to be fixed to the lower side cf the boots and to support a user's weight. In addition, it is designed to effectively absorb an impact from a contact between the ground and the wheels, an impact due to collision of the wheels, an impact with a certain obstacle during the running, an impact by various inferences, and a certain external force.

[5] However, in the frame cf the conventional inline skate, as shown in Figure 4, since the support parts capable of providing a certain resistance with respect to the impacts and external force are designed in such a manner that a vertical part capable of supporting the wheels is vertical with respect to the horizontal part. Therefore, the resistance of a support function is very weak with respect to the impacts and external force at a slope.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Solution [6] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a frame for an inline skate capable of overcoming the problems encountered in the conventional art.

[7] It is another object of the present invention to provide a frame for an inline skate having a certain structure capable of resisting an impact and external force provided at various angles.

[8] In order to achieve the above objects, there is provided a frame cf an inline skate, comprising a horizontal support part provided in an upper side of a vertical support part having a support function surrounding at both sides of wheels; a horizontal support part provided in an upper surface of the wheels in an arch shape, wherein said horizontal support part and said horizontal support part are integral; and a stress support part having a certain resistance with respect to torsion and breaking down based on a triangle structure of an integral inclined part formed in such a manner that the vertical and horizontal support parts are connected by a vertical support part at an intermediate portion of the arch shaped horizontal support part.

Description of Drawings [9] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[10] Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a state of use of a frame of an inline skate according to the present invention; [11] Figure 2 is a vertical cross sectional view illustrating a frame of an inline skate according to the present invention; [12] Figure 3 is a horizontal cross sectional view illustrating a frame of an inline skate according to the present invention; and [13] Figure 4 is a front view of a conventional art.

Best Mode [14] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[15] Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a state of use of a frame of an inline skate according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a vertical cross sectional view il- lustrating a frame cf an inline skate according to the present invention, and Figure 3 is a horizontal cross sectional view illustrating a frame of an inline skate according to the present invention.

[16] As shown therein, in a frame cf an inline skate fixed to a lower side of a boot 11 wherein wheels 12 are arranged in series, a horizontal support part 14 is vertically installed in an upper part of a vertical support part 14 having a support function surrounding at both sides of the wheels 12, and a horizontal support part 14'is provided in an arch shape in an upper surface of the wheels 12 wherein the support parts 14 and 14'are integral. The support parts 14 and 14'are connected by a vertical support part 13 at an intermediate point cf the horizontal support part 14'for thereby achieving an integral inclined part 15. Therefore, a stress support part 16 having a certain resistance with respect to torsion and breaking down cf the frame is im- plemented based on a triangle structure.

[17] The operation of the present invention will be described.

[18] The frame 10 installed between the boots 11 of a user who enjoys an inline skate and the wheels 12 contacting with the ground supports the impacts by a user's weight and a certain corrosion during the running. The vertically applied weight and the impacts are absorbed by the vertical support part 13. The horizontally applied weight and the impacts are absorbed by the horizontal support parts 14 and 14'. In addition, the impacts applied in the multi directions except for the impacts applied in the vertical and horizontal directions with respect to the frame 10 are absorbed by the stress support part 16 formed of the inclined part 15 integrally connecting the inner surface intermediate portions of the vertical support part 13 at the intermediate portion of the upper surface of the horizontal support part 14', so that the fame 10 is effectively prevented from its torsion and breaking down.

Industrial Applicability [19] As described above, in the present invention, there is provided a certain structure capable cf effectively absorbing the weights and impact and external force applied thereto at various angles, so that a desired durability is achieved, and it is possible to overcome various external forces applied at various angles using a simple structure. In the present invention, it is possible to significantly decrease the dangers based on an improved strength of the frame cf the inline skate.

[20] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details cf the foregoing de- scription, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modi- fications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
