Abstract:
A frame laminated and integrated with a double-glass assembly, the frame comprising a main body (1) laminated and integrated with a double-glass assembly. The frame is provided with a cavity on the front side, and has an inner height greater by 0.25-0.35 mm than the height of the double-glass assembly after lamination, an inner length greater by 4.5-5.5 mm than the length of the double-glass assembly, and an inner width greater by 4.5-5.5 mm than the width of the double-glass assembly. The thickness of the frame is 1-1.2 mm, and the rear-face width of the frame is 19.5-20.5 mm. In this way, the frame can protect the double-glass assembly such that installation of a lamination process aid is not required on the double glass, and edge trimming, tape peeling, and corner guard installation are not required either. Furthermore, the frame can effectively reduce cracking rates and ensure good yield in manufacture of double-glass assemblies, significantly improving manufacturing efficiency.
