Abstract:
A frame-mold integrated lightweight earthquake-resistant wall panel, comprising a frame mold (100), an inner mold (200), a filler layer (300), clay mortar bonding layers (400), and decorative façade layers (500). The frame mold (100) is a rectangular frame. The inner mold (200) is connected onto the upper and lower surfaces of the frame mold (100). The inner mold (200) is two force bearing mesh panels. One of the force bearing mesh panels is covered thereon and connected to a dense mesh panel. The lightweight filler layer (300) is casted between the two force bearing mesh panels. The outer surfaces of the two force bearing mesh panels are connected via the clay mortar bonding layers (400) to the decorative façade layers (500) covering the frame mold (100). The clay mortar of the clay mortar bonding layers (400) runs through the force bearing mesh panels to be bonded with the filler layer (300), thus connecting together the decorative façade layers (500), the clay and mortar bonding layers (400), the filler layer (300), the inner mold (200), and the frame mold (100). The wall panel has a light weight and high strength and provides great sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and thermal insulation effects.
