Abstract:
A frame structure of an electric scooter, comprising a front frame (1) and a rear frame (2). The front frame and the rear frame are both integrally formed stamped sheet metal parts. The front frame and the rear frame are connected in a vertically rotatable manner by using a rotating shaft (3). A buffer spring (4) is fitted over the rotating shaft between the front frame and the rear frame. A cylinder (5) made of butyl rubber is fitted over the buffer spring. The length of the cylinder is equal to 40% of that of the buffer spring. By integrating multiple components into one or two stamped parts having a cavity structure to implement mechanization and automation, the production costs of frame components can be greatly reduced. Since the number of welding points is reduced, welding deformation caused by welding of an entire frame is reduced, thereby improving the yield and reducing the production costs of the entire frame.
