Abstract:
A frame structure provided with a ring beam (9) that transmits the load on an element rotation type air preheater (8) that is a newly-installed implement to a load support point (P1) on an element fixed type air preheater that is an already-installed implement on a frame (6), wherein leaving the already-installed beam member as it is, the basic load transmitted to the leg of a column member is made to be substantially the same as in the period of construction before remodeling.
