Abstract:
A frame with integrated joints for bicycles, electric bicycles and electrically power assisted bicycles, comprising an upper tube (1), a lower tube (2), a middle tube (3), a flat fork (4) and a vertical fork (5), an integrated head tube joint (6), an integrated five-way joint (7), an integrated middle tube joint (9) and an integrated rear dropout (8). One end of the upper tube (1) is sleeved with the head tube joint (6), and the other end of the upper tube (1) is sleeved with the middle tube joint (9). One end of the lower tube (2) is sleeved with the head tube joint (6), and the other end of the lower tube (2) is sleeved with the five-way joint (7). The middle tube (3) passes through the middle tube joint (9), and the lower end of the middle tube (3) is sleeved with the five-way joint (7). One end of the flat fork (4) is sleeved with the five-way joint (7), and the other end of the flat fork (4) is sleeved with the rear dropout (8). The upper end of the vertical fork (5) is sleeved with the middle tube joint (9), and the lower end of the vertical fork (5) is sleeved with the rear dropout (8). The sleeving position is bonded and fixed by means of an adhesive, and the middle tube (3) and the middle tube connector (9) are bonded and fixed by means of an adhesive, or alternatively an additional upper tube connector (10) is sleeved on the middle tube (3). The frame does not require welding, has high strength, is simple and easy to assemble, has high production efficiency and low costs, and lays the foundation for automatic production at a later stage.
