Using this system of the temple the upper part of the temple no. 12 can be joined to different types of end pieces no. 13 simply by replacing them (by detaching and inserting) and it will also be possible to purchase different types of end pieces no. 13 on the market. 8) Frames as described in the previous claims characterized by the fact of being light, flexible and protecting the skin of the face. They do not cause any allergy because they are made with materials that are not harmful and non-pollutant and do not have any paint on the surface; the inside is very soft and the outside is more rigid and maintains the shape of the glasses.

Description:

PATENT APPLICATION ENTITLED "FRAMES FOR EYEWEAR AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION" :

- Frames for eyewear and method of production.

- The market currently makes available eyewear with a front and temple, normally made with metal or plastic material and always worn directly on the face, where they may give rise to discomfort due to their rigidity, leaving highly visible marks and irritating the wearer's skin, especially children.

- The innovation of our eyewear resolves the technical problem and offers a slender, very sturdy and resistant frame made with the bi- injection method.

The front of this eyewear has the advantage of being highly flexible, and when worn it protects the skin of the face, does not cause any allergic reaction as it is made of non-toxic, non-pollutant materials and has no paint on the surface. It is very soft on the inside and rigid on the outside to maintain the shape of the eyewear.

- The eyewear in bi-iαjection material with slender ultralight front mask is shown in TAV. 1, 2 and 3 where:

Figure no. 1 shows the esthetic part of the composition in bi-injection material of the frames.

Figure no. 2 shows the esthetic part of the front no. 1.

Figure no, 3 shows the esthetic part of the outside of Figure no. 2.

Figure no. 4 shows the esthetic part of the temple of Figure no. 1.

Figure no. 5 shows the esthetic part of Figure no. 4 seen from above.

Figure no. 6 shows the entire temple of Figure no. 4.

Figure no. 7 shows the end piece of the temple of Figure no. 4.

Figure no. 8 shows the front of Figure no. 7.

The numbered parts of the figures: no. 1 - Esthetics of the complete eyewear. no. 2 - Lens. no. 3 - Front mask. no. 4 - Temple. no. 5 - Outside of front in plastic. no. 6 - Inside of front in rubber. no. 7 - Insertion. no. 8 - Hole. no. 9 - Connector. no. 10 - Screw. no. 11 - Threaded hole. no- 12 - Upper part of temple. no. 13 - Temple end piece. no. 14 - Hole for insertion of temple end piece

As shown in Figures no. 1 and 2, the innovation of this eyewear, including the glasses no. 1 and the lens no. 2, glasses no. 1 including the front no. 3 and temple no. 4, front no. 3 including the outside front in plastic, no. 5 and the inside front in rubber no. 6, parts no. 5 and no.

6 joined by bi-injection as shown.

In Figures no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 the innovation in the connection of the temple no. 4 and front no. 3 and composition is: on the two sides of the front no. 3 there are two holes for insertion no.

7, the insert of the insertion no. 7 has a hole that goes all the way through the front no. 3, to joint the front no. 3 and the temple no. 4.

The temple no. 4 has the initial part no. 9 inserted in the hole no. 8, and the inside of the connector no. 9 is threaded no. 11. This composition no. 4 with the connector is inserted in no. 7, this screw no. 10 is inserted in the inside front no. 3 passing into the hole no. 8 and connector no. 9. Using this method the eyewear becomes very sturdy and the screw no. 10 is well inserted on the inside of the front no. 3 invisible from the outside, thus improving the esthetics of the eyewear. As shown in Figures no. 6, 7 and 8 have an innovation in the composition of the temple no. 4 including the upper part of the temple no. 12 and end piece no. 13: end piece no. 13 has a hole for insertion no. 14, the upper part of the temple no. 12 is inserted in the end piece insertion hole no. 14, so that the upper part of the temple no. 12 and the end piece no. 13 are joined.

Using this system for the temple, the upper part of the temple no. 12 can be joined to different types of end pieces no. 13 simply by replacing the part (detaching and inserting) and also commercially, it will be possible to purchase different types of end pieces no. 13. As shown in Figures no. 1 and 2, the innovation is in the thickness of less than 5 mm. of the front no. 3, seen from the upper part of the front no. 3.

These glasses are difficult to make as the bi-injection is very thin, the applicant for the patent on this eyewear found it extremely difficult to find the necessary solutions and in the end was able to develop a product of certain success.

Obviously the novelty is not in the rigid outer part and in the soft inner part, but in the thickness of the bi-injection and the composition of the different parts.

- Glasses no. 1, lens no. 2, glasses no. 1 including front no. 3 and temple no. 4 a) The details are: front no. 3 including the outer part in plastic of front no. 5 and the inner part in rubber no. 6, the external part in plastic no. 5 and the inner part in rubber no. 6 are joined in a single component creating the bi-injection. The material used is sturdy and has shape memory. It is produced by the Swiss company "EMS" and is joined via bi-injection to TPR rubber. The tactile sensation is very soft and when worn it is comfortable and safe. b) Following the description of the bi-injection compositions of art a) the innovations are: the front no. 3, the two sides with insertion holes no. 7, insertion no. 7 at the center has a hole no. 8 for fastening the temple (FIG, 3).
