Abstract:
A home delivery system comprising a center server device, affiliated shop terminals used by franchise affiliated shops, and customer terminals used by customers who are registered as members of each franchise affiliated shop, all interconnected through a network, wherein the server device has a Web server having a Web site function of receiving orders of commodities and requests for various services from the customer terminals and providing the requested services, a commodity master where all the commodities sold by the franchise affiliated shops and the attributes of the commodities are registered, and a stocking instruction module for issuing an instruction to order/stock commodities the order of which is prescribed to be done in a batch among the commodities ordered by the customers and designating franchise affiliated shops where the customers belong as the place where the commodities are to be delivered.
