Abstract:
Disclosed is a free-standing liquid packaging pouch that has a flat film valve with a check function. The pouch can be used independently, need not be fixed and stored in a separate external packaging container, and can be made to stand on its own as is without compromising the check function of the film valve. A flat film valve with a check function is provided so as to protrude from either the lateral edge near the top, or from the top of the body of the free-standing liquid packaging pouch. The only moisture-treated sections of the flat film valve with a check function are: the entire inner surface of a spout passage, and the portion of the fused section adjacent to the spout passage. The bottom of the pouch is further provided with a base section to allow free-standing.
