Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of gateway control, and discloses a FreeSWITCH monitoring method, a device, a storage medium, and an apparatus. In the present application, anomalous data analysis is performed on target monitoring data to obtain the type and amount of anomalous data, and a deep monitoring policy is generated according to the type and the amount of the anomalous data; and deep monitoring is performed on the anomalous data according to the deep monitoring policy, and batch adjustment is performed according to deep monitoring data obtained by means of deep monitoring, improving the speed and efficiency of FreeSWITCH troubleshooting, improving the accuracy of monitoring processing by means of targeted policy adjustment, reducing the failure rate during production, thereby enabling calls to be performed normally, and ensuring stable production and operation.
