Abstract:
Disclosed are a freeze-dried powder of high molecular weight silk fibroin, preparation method therefor and use thereof. The freeze-dried powder is a powder obtained from silk by degumming, dissolving with lithium bromide, dialysing, centrifuging, sterilizing under high temperature and high pressure, and freeze-drying. Also disclosed are a method for preparing silk fibroin microsphere with polyethylene glycol, and a gel preparation of silk fibroin for the treatment of inner ear disease and preparation method thereof.
