Abstract:
The invention relates to a freeze-dryer, wherein the frozen goods can be suitably processed by means of frozen goods covers. The time required for cleaning and sterilization of the freeze-dryer is also shortened by a suitable cleaning nozzle, by flush-closing lifters, by drying nozzles, and by the use of caustic soda or hydrogen peroxide.
