Abstract:
A freeze-drying device for instant marine fish processing, comprising a device housing (1); a device box door (2) is hinged and fixed to one side of the device housing (1), a liquid accumulation base (3) is welded and fixed to the bottom of the device housing (1), a sealing cover plate (7) is fixed right above a freeze-drying box body (5) by means of bolts; an electric heating plate (10) is nested and connected to an inner wall of the device housing (1), a guide rod (11) is welded and fixed inside the device housing (1), a cooling box body (12) is provided right below the guide rod (11); freezing fins (13) are welded and fixed right above the cooling box body (12), vapor outlet holes (14) are provided on outer side of the freeze-drying box body (5) in a penetrating manner, and a straight tooth rack (15), the guide rod (11), the freeze-drying box body (5), storage drawers (6) and a face gear (16) form a lifting structure. The device drives, by means of the face gear (16), the straight tooth rack (15) on one side of the freeze-drying box body (5) to perform vertical lifting, facilitating adjusting the height of the freeze-drying box body according to the processing requirements.
