Abstract:
A freeze-drying method for cordyceps sinensis, comprising the following steps: performing dehumidification on fresh cordyceps sinensis under the conditions that a temperature is 0-10°С and relative humidity is 20%-50%, and then performing freeze-drying. Compared with the prior art, the freeze-drying method provided by the present application first performs dehumidification on fresh cordyceps sinensis under the conditions of a specific temperature and specific relative humidity, and then performs freeze-drying, and thus, the present application is simple in operation process, high in freeze-drying efficiency, and good in effect, a product is not easy to be broken and damaged, and the present application may perform freeze-drying on cordyceps sinensis in a large scale.
