Abstract:
This freezing apparatus (1) is characterized by comprising: a freeing liquid tank (2) having an upper opening (24), the freezing liquid tank (2) retaining a liquiform freezing medium (B) therein; and a refrigerant pipe (3) disposed along the inner surface of a side wall (21) of the freezing liquid tank (2) inside the freezing liquid tank (2), the refrigerant pipe (3) being configured to be capable of cooling the liquiform freezing medium (B). The freezing apparatus (1) is further characterized in that a vacuum heat-insulating layer (21a) configured from a vacuum heat-insulating material is provided to the side wall (21) of the freezing liquid tank (2).
