Abstract:
A frequency control method used for a frequency control system including a server for receiving, from a system operator, a power command for controlling the frequency of a power network within a prescribed frequency, one or more distributed energy sources, and a local controller connected to the server and the one or more distributed energy sources via a communication network, the frequency control method comprising: a reception step (S130) of receiving a power command from a system operator; an acquisition step (S131) of acquiring a frequency measurement value of a power network; a prediction step (S132) of predicting the next power command using the frequency measurement value before receiving the next power command from the system operator; and a control step (S135) of controlling the input to or the output from the distributed energy source using the predicted power command before receiving the next power command from the system operator.
