Abstract:
A frequency inverter control method, device and system, the method comprising: detecting a three-phase voltage (Vout-abc) and a three-phase current (Iabc) outputted by the inverter side of a frequency inverter; acquiring the present power factor of the frequency inverter, and adjusting the present power factor to a target power factor (phi) according to a direct current bus current (Idc); determining the value of an excitation given current (Iref1) according to the target power factor and a given torque current (Iref2), determining a target voltage (Varef, Vbref, Vcref) according to the excitation given current and the given torque current, selecting the wave-transmitting state of a PWM wave transmitter according to the positive or negative state of the three-phase current, and determining, according to the target voltage, at least three wave-transmitting states from the selected wave-transmitting states to control the on/off state of a switch device in an inverter, such that the three-phase voltage outputted by the inverter is combined into the target voltage, and the target voltage causes the inverter side to have no energy to be fed back to the direct current bus. Therefore, the current of the direct current bus is always positive, and the energy flows through a rectifier side via a power grid to be provided to the inverter side, thus reducing charging and discharging energy on the direct current bus capacitor (Cdc), and reducing the capacity of the direct current bus capacitor.
