Provided is a wide/high-frequency leaky cable, comprising an inner conductor 1, an insulation layer 2, an outer conductor 3, and a sheath 4, which are coaxially meshed in sequence from inside to outside, wherein the outer conductor 3 is provided with a plurality of slotted hole groups 5 periodically arranged at a pitch P in the axial direction; each of the slotted hole groups 5 comprises a plurality of array groups 6 arranged in a staggered and overlapped manner in the axial direction; and each of the array groups 6 comprises a left array 7 and a right array 8, with the left array 7 and the right array 8 being arranged along the axis in a splayed manner and being complementary relative to the angle of inclination of the axis, the left array 7 and the right array 8 being symmetrical along the perpendicular bisector of the connecting line thereof, and the distance between the center of the left array 7 and the center of the right array 8 being P/2. In the present invention, the low-frequency radiation performance and the high-frequency transmission performance are improved, and on the basis of the comprehensive loss evaluation at 250 m, the difference of comprehensive loss in the service frequency bands is controlled within 5 dB, such that the wide/high-frequency leaky cable is more suitable for use in a 2G/3G/4G/5G combined circuit.
