Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates. The present disclosure relates to a frequency multiplier of a wireless communication system and a frequency multiplication method using same, the frequency multiplier comprising: an input unit into which a local oscillator (LO) signal is input; a multiplying unit having one end connected to the input unit and the other end connected to the lower end of a load unit; the load unit having the upper end connected to a voltage control unit; and the voltage control unit provided between the upper end of the load unit and an input power source, wherein the voltage control unit drops voltage between the input power source and the upper end of the load unit, and re-inputs feedback voltage into the voltage control unit on the basis of the voltage at the upper end of the load unit.
