Title:
FREQUENCY SELECTIVE SURFACE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/137540
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a frequency selective surface with which an operation frequency and a bandwidth thereof can be easily adjusted. The frequency selective surface has a structure in which resonators kxy that are formed with identically-shaped conductive patterns are arranged periodically on a dielectric substrate. Each resonator kxy comprises: a conductive wire part having a horizontal pattern 10 and a vertical pattern 20 that form a cross shape on a dielectric substrate 101; and an electrode plate part having a shape in which the end parts at which the horizontal pattern and the vertical pattern are stretched by a prescribed length are extended in mutually orthogonal directions, and one distal end portion opposes another distal end portion extended from another direction with an interval therebetween on a diagonal line. In the electrode plate part, a central portion that opposes the electrode plate part of another adjacent resonator is cut away in the width of the horizontal pattern, and the electrode plate part is stretched from the center of the cut away portion by a width that is narrower than the width of the horizontal pattern 10 and a length that is shorter than a predetermined length so as to be joined to the electrode plate part of the other adjacent resonator. The interval between the distal end portions has a shape which is wider than the interval with the electrode plate part of the other adjacent resonator.
