Abstract:
Disclosed is a fresh concrete uniformity detection device, comprising a box barrel (1). A barrel cover (4) is connected above the box barrel (1), a water inlet (7) is provided in the barrel cover (4), a drying device (6) is arranged on an inner wall of the box barrel (1), a stabilizing rail (12) is arranged around the inner wall of the box barrel (1), a coarse aggregate screening device (3) and a fine aggregate screening device (2) are arranged in the box barrel (1), the fine aggregate screening device (2) is arranged on an outer side of the coarse aggregate screening device (3), the coarse aggregate screening device (3) and the fine aggregate screening device (2) are stabilized by means of the stabilizing rail (12), the bottom of the coarse aggregate screening device (3) is provided with a coarse aggregate weighing device (9), the bottom of the fine aggregate screening device (2) is provided with a fine aggregate weighing device (10), a water outlet (8) and a rotary centrifugal device (5) are arranged at the bottom of the box barrel (1), the bottom of the coarse aggregate screening device (3) and the bottom of the fine aggregate screening device (2) are connected to the rotary centrifugal device (5), a display screen (11) is arranged on an outer side of the box barrel (1), and the coarse aggregate weighing device (9) and the fine aggregate weighing device (10) are electrically connected to the display screen (11). The device solves the problems that an existing detection device wastes time and labor, is only suitable for laboratory mixing proportion uniformity detection, and lacks timeliness and onsite performance.
