Abstract:
A friction rotary shaft mechanism of an electronic product, comprising a support structure (1), a connection structure of the electronic product and a shaft; the support structure (1) is an integral sheet metal piece, comprising a first support plate (11) and a second support plate (12) at two sides, and a connection plate (13) between the first support plate (11) and the second support plate (12), and the connection structure of the electronic product comprises a first side connection plate (21) and a second side connection plate (22); a shaft is provided between the first support plate (11) and the first side connection plate (21), and between the second support plate (12) and the second side connection plate (22), and functions of stopping the rotation of the electronic product and positioning same at any time are provided through a friction fit formed by clamping the shaft by means of shaft hole walls in the plates; and the support structure (1) forms an accommodation space (10) for the electronic product. The friction rotary shaft mechanism has a simple structure, occupies a small space in the thickness direction, can realize the installation of an electronic product with a small space occupation, provides functions of instantly stopping the rotation and instantly positioning, has a high overall strength, and is suitable for the installation and usage of small electronic products. At the same time, the magnitude of the torque can be realized by adjusting the interference amount between the thickness of the sheet metal piece, the shaft, and the support.
