Abstract:
In the present invention, during friction stir spot welding, a controller performs temperature maintenance control whereby: a rotary driver is controlled so as to set t rotation speed of a tool to be less than or equal to a prescribed rotation speed at which the temperature of the tool is regarded as the same as a welding temperature of a superimposed part; and a displacement driver is controlled such that the pressurizing force or push amount is increased/decreased so as to maintain the temperature of the tool in a prescribed set range.
