Abstract:
A friction wear testing device, comprising a rack (1), a first rotating assembly (2) and a second rotating assembly (3), wherein a workpiece (4) is clamped at an output end of the first rotating assembly (2); an output end of the second rotating assembly (3) is connected to a counter grinding disk (5); the first rotating assembly (2) is located above the second rotating assembly (3); and the workpiece (4) and the counter grinding disk (5) rotate relatively and generate friction therebetween. The device further comprises a motion assembly, which is used for achieving a feeding motion and a reciprocating motion of the workpiece (4); and a force measuring assembly (8), which is used for testing a mechanical signal generated in a process of friction between the workpiece (4) and the counter grinding disk (5), wherein the first rotating assembly (2) is mounted on the motion assembly, the motion assembly is mounted on the rack (1), and the force measuring assembly (8) is connected to the first rotating assembly (2). By means of providing a rotating motion, the feeding motion and the reciprocating motion between the workpiece (4) and the counter grinding disk (5), torque, normal force and tangential force in a friction process are monitored in real time, the device is suitable for various friction wear testing tests of the workpiece (4), and the diversity and the applicability of the testing device are effectively improved.
