Abstract:
Embodiments of present disclosure relates to a frictional cycloidal drive (10). The frictional cycloidal drive (10) comprises: a stationary outer ring (1) having a first diameter (D1) and coaxially arranged with an input shaft (4) in an axial direction; at least one circular inner disk assembly (2) having a second diameter (D2) that is less than the first diameter (D1) and eccentrically arranged inside the outer ring (1), the inner disk assembly (2) being in a frictional engagement with the outer ring (1) via a frictional contact surface (51) and movable in a cycloidal trajectory with respect to the outer ring (1) when the input shaft (4) rotates.
