Abstract:
A frictional resistance-reducing device (20E) for an air-lubricated ship (10), the frictional resistance-reducing device (20E) being configured to reduce the frictional resistance between the hull (11) and water around the hull (11) by ejecting air around the hull (11), has: an ejector body (31) having a flow passage (31r) through which high-pressure air (AH) supplied from a high-pressure air supply source (14) flows, the ejector body (31) sucking in low-pressure air (AL) into the flow passage (31r), the low-pressure air (AL) having a lower pressure than the high-pressure air (AH); and an air bubble ejection section (21) for ejecting the high-pressure air (AH) and the low-pressure air (AL), which have been discharged from the ejector body (31), to generate air bubbles around the hull (11).
