Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of conductive pastes, in particular relates to a frit and a preparation method, and a conductive paste and a preparation method, and can be applied to an N-type TOPCon crystalline silicon solar cell. The present application provides a frit on the first aspect. The frit comprises the following components in percentages by mole of oxides: 20-49% of PbO, 10-30% of SiO2, 15-35% of B2O3, 5-15% of ZnO, 0-10% of a first alkaline earth metal oxide and 0.1-5% of an alkali metal oxide. The frit provided in the present application can reduce the glass transition temperature thereof by means of a mixed alkali effect of the alkali metal oxide. Since the frit provided in the present application has a low glass transition temperature, when the frit is applied to a conductive paste, the silver dissolving and separating capacity of the frit under low-temperature conditions can be improved, and the problem of being impossible to metalize a TOPCon crystalline silicon battery at a low temperature is solved.
