Abstract:

The front and back surface field solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a p-type silicon substrate; an emitter provided on the upper stratum of the substrate; a floating contact layer provided on part of the area formed by the emitter; a reflection-preventing film provided on the emitter and floating contact layer upper stratum; and a front surface electrode which makes contact with the emitter; wherein the floating contact layer does not make contact with the front surface electrode.
