Abstract:
A front bezel (1) for a display device and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the front bezel (1) is used for fixing a display module (2) of the display device, and the front bezel (1) is a 90-degree front bezel that has no gap on the front and back surfaces and is formed by softening an extruded aluminum profile having a U-shaped cross section at a high temperature and bending same by using a bending die. The method comprises: softening an extruded aluminum profile having a U-shaped cross section at a high temperature; and bending the extruded aluminum profile by using a bending die to form a 90-degree front bezel having no gap on the front and back surfaces. Whereby, the aesthetics of the front bezel is increased.
