Abstract:
[Problem] To develop a front-end lens device that can exchange at least two kinds of front-end lenses, that does not come in contact with a hand of a surgeon, an assistant, and the like, and that does not enter the field of view of an ophthalmic microscope. [Solution] The present invention provides a front-end lens device (1) used for an ophthalmic microscope (2) having an observation optical system for observing an eye (11) to be examined, the front-end lens device (1) being characterized by having: a front-end lens support body (5) which rotates about a rotation axis substantially parallel to an optical axis (O-300) of the observation optical system; and a plurality of front-end lenses (601,602,603) mounted on the front-end lens support body (5), wherein the front-end lenses (601,602,603) to be inserted into an optical path of the observation optical system can be exchanged by rotating the front-end lens support body (5).
