Disclosed are a front-end module and a reception device, in which one or more sets of input/output terminals can be arranged two-dimensionally in a single front-end module, and in which improvement in basic performance and reduction in radiation can be readily achieved without causing the structure to become overly complicated. A front-end module (10) comprises: a front-end module substrate (11) which comprises a tuner function section formed therein and mounting faces having a size enabling two-dimensional arrangement of antenna connectors; a casing (20) which comprises an inside face arranged so as to face one of the mounting faces of the front-end module substrate; and a plurality of antenna connectors (15-1 to 15-4) which are two-dimensionally arranged on the outside face of the casing. Inside the casing, the cores of the plurality of antenna connectors are provided extending in a linear manner to electrically connect to the mounting face terminals of the front-end module substrate (11), and a mounting face of the antenna connectors on the casing (20) is connected to earth.
